At Milk Club we love working with small artisan producers who make food with care for both people and planet. This Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from Aoveando, a family farm in the mountains of Andalusia where olives are grown organically and the land is farmed regeneratively.
Harvested early in October and November, the olives are mrchanically pressed within hours to lock in freshness and flavour. Early harvest oils are naturally rich in polyphenols – powerful antioxidants linked to heart health and wellbeing – and give this oil its bold, peppery character and vibrant green colour.
Made in tiny quantities from traditional Andalusian varieties, Manzara is a true taste of the Sierra: intense, aromatic, and crafted with respect for nature at every step.
