Stoney Cross, 200g

Producer: Lyburn Dairy, Wiltshire
(Cows' milk, pasteurised, vegetarian)
A semi-soft Tomme de Savour style cheese with a supple buttery texture and a thin natural rind. Expect gentle nuttiness, a touch of sweetness and a soft buttery taste that lingers. Comforting creamy and endlessly snackable.


Golden Saye, 200g

Producer: Village Maid Cheese Co. Berkshire
(Cows' milk, pasteurised, vegetarian)

A hard, Guernsey cow’s milk cheese that is matured for 4 months with a delicate natural rind. The cheese has a savoury, moreish bite, with a subtle umami tang and a lovely gentle caramel sweetness to the finish.


Eggleston, 80g

Producer: Primrose Creamery, Nottinghamshire.
(Cows' milk, unpasteurised, vegetarian)

A small, soft cheese with an orange, delicate and lightly wrinkled rind and a gently ripening centre. When young, it’s firm and fresh, with clean, bright flavours of lemon zest, crisp apple, and cultured cream. As it matures, the edges begin to soften, revealing a rich, spoonable layer beneath the surface.

 

Norfolk White Lady, 170g

Producer: Wilton Park Farm, Norfolk.

A hand-crafted sheep's milk brie style cheese, with a smooth ivory paste and a delicate, slightly earthy rind. It offers a rich, mellow creamyness that unfolds into subtle buyttery notes and a gentle, grassy tang. 


Pevensey Blue, 150g

Producer: Pevensey Cheese Company, Sussex.
(Cows' milk, pasteurised, vegetarian)

A soft, creamy and rich tasting blue cheese made with Organic milk from cows that graze the Pevensey Levels. It has a smooth, rich, syrupy creaminess, notes of hazelnut along with a sharp blue bite.
