Welcome to Chimney Fire, where passion for coffee meets dedication to sustainability. Our latest offering, Chimney Fire Decaf Ground Coffee, embodies our commitment to quality and eco-consciousness. Dive into the world of flavourful decaf coffee, handcrafted with care and packaged in returnable glass jars for a sustainable brewing experience.
Artisanal Craftsmanship: Beans are expertly roasted using a meticulous process that preserves the rich flavors and aroma, ensuring a premium coffee experience.
Roasted, Ground and Packed Fresh in Returnable Packaging: Each batch of Chimney Fire Decaf Beans is roasted and packed freshly roasted and ground in returnable glass jars.
Decaffeination Process: Our decaf beans undergo a natural decaffeination process. Ethyl Acetate is a natural compound derived from cane sugar, which grows naturally on the Colombian farms alongside the coffee cherries. The coffee beans are steamed to open their pores, soaked for several hours in a solution of water and EA, which draws out the caffeine. This caffeinated water is then syphoned off and sold to soft drink companies such as Red Bull (!!), and the beans are steamed one final time to remove any traces of the solution.
Exceptional Flavour: Enjoy the rich and nuanced flavors of our decaf beans, with notes of malt, chocolate, and toasted nuts, offering a satisfying and indulgent coffee experience.
Versatile Brewing: Whether brewed as espresso or drip coffee, Chimney Fire Decaf Coffee delivers a smooth and balanced cup every time, perfect for any occasion.
