Small-batch ryeola baked at Sodt with their own rye bread. They toast it gently in the cooling ovens after the bread bake. Slow heat. Big flavour. Super crunchy.

What it is
A rye-forward granola with tart cranberries and a generous seed mix. Built on UK-grown rye flakes and Sodt’s house rye loaf.

That curious “ymerdrys” bit
Ymerdrys is a classic Nordic topping made from crumbled rye bread that’s lightly sweetened and toasted. It brings a malty depth and serious crunch. Traditionally sprinkled over cultured dairy, which is why this is lovely with kefir.

Tastes like
Toasty rye, a touch of honey, bright cranberry, and nutty seeds with a clean, moreish finish.
