At Milk Club we partner with small artisan producers who bring out the very best of their land. Aoveando’s Zarzera is crafted in the mountains of Andalusia from organically grown olives, farmed on steep slopes within the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.
Harvested in November and December, Zarzera is a blend of Manzanilla de Zahara, Lechín de Sevilla, and Hojiblanca. The result is a smooth, balanced oil with mountain freshness in every drop. On the nose, it bursts with aromas of green apple, tomato vine, almond, and wild herbs like thyme and rosemary. On the palate, it has a silky texture with gentle bitterness and a harmonious finish.
