Fresh pasteurised organic semi-skimmed milk bottled on the day of milking on the farm.
Half of the cream is removed from the milk to make it semi skimmed. The cream is then homogenised, which breaks it down into small particles and stops a cream line forming at the top of the bottle. This is in keeping with supermarket milk so if you would prefer to avoid natural cream lumps go for homogenised! We also sell the traditional semi skimmed where the cream rises to the top.
Rinse and return the bottle, recycle the lid.
