Joleen and Keith from Look What Hive Made produce the most amazing jams. Their secret is using their homegrown produce from Basingstoke to capture the best in season flavours and using a high fruit to sugar ratio.
The cherries are destoned and cut in half to give it more of a juicy texture. The black pepper gives a good florally and slightly spicy after note and enhances the deep cherry flavours nicely.
Jars are return and reuse.
