This lemon marmalade treads a tightrope of flavours and balances the tartness, bitterness and sweetness beautifully and has such a pleasant lingering after taste. It's really versatile and great on toast, in porridge and in cakes... but our house favourite is on a scone with a dollop of double cream.
Glass jars are return and reuse.
