Joleen and Keith from Look What Hive Made produce the most amazing jams. Their secret is using their homegrown produce from Basingstoke to capture the best in season flavours and using a high fruit to sugar ratio.
This jam has a lovely tartness and floral notes from the raspberry. The liquorice adds a sweet flavour, but without the extra sugar and a nice aromatic after taste.
Jars are return and reuse.
Ingredients: Raspberries, Liquorice (contains WHEAT FLOUR), Sugar, Lemon Juice.
